Visiting The Ceramics Studio at AMOCA

The Ceramics Studio at AMOCA is located just North of the Pomona Arts Colony in Downtown Pomona, CA. We are at the Southern side of the AMOCA museum building, with a separate entrance from Monterey Ave. Parking is available in the AMOCA/Western U. parking lot adjacent to the building.

Getting To The Studio:

The Ceramics Studio at AMOCA entrance is located off of W. Monterey Ave. The Studio is on the corner of Monterey Ave and Garey Ave. Click Here for Google Maps.

From the 10 Freeway:

Exit Garey Ave and continue South. The Ceramics Studio at AMOCA will be on your right hand side, on the corner of Garey and Monterey Ave. If you go under the Railroad Tracks you've gone too far. Turn right onto W. Monterey Ave and then right into the Parking Lot.

From the 60 Freeway:

Exit Garey Ave and turn left. Continue North on Garey. You will pass the downtown area and the old AMOCA building on Garey and 3rd. Continue North on Garey under the Metrolink bridge. We are on the Northwest corner of Monterey & Garey ave right after you go under this bridge. Turn left onto W. Monterey Ave and then right into the parking lot.

By Metrolink Train:

The Ceramics Studio at AMOCA is within an EASY walk of the South Pomona Metrolink Station. The Metrolink is on the corner of 1st and Main St. in Downtown Pomona. From the station, head North on Main St. and then turn right onto W. Monterey St. The Studio will be on your left.

By Bus:

The Ceramics Studio at AMOCA is conviently located on Garey Ave and has a stop for the 291 Foothill Transit Bus directly outside the building. If you are coming from another bus line, we are within an easy walk of the Pomona Transit station located at the Downtown Pomona Metrolink train station. See above for walking directions from the train & transit station.
